REFER A FRIEND FAQ's

The Teazoe Refer a Friend program is a way for you to spread the love! If you refer a friend to Teazoe, they get a discount on their first order. Once they make a purchase, you’ll receive a Reward Code to use on your next order at teaforte.com. To get started, sign up for the program, or sign in to your Teazoe account and click the “Referral Dashboard” tab. Share your unique referral link directly or through email, or by texting the link.
If you’re the FRIEND being referred, you don’t need an account (but we encourage creating one so you can start referring and earning more discounts). If you would like to REFER a friend, you will need to sign in to your preexisting Teazoe account, or create a Teazoe Account and go to the Referral Dashboard tab to start referring.

You can only refer those who are new to Teazoe (have not yet made a purchase at teazoe.com.)

Once you started referring, you can view your earned Refer a Friend discounts by visiting the Referral Dashboard tab on your Teazoe Account page. Your Refer a Friend code will be issued directly to your email address, but not listed on the account. Be sure to sign in to your Teazoe Account to reach your dashboard.

No, Refer a Friend Reward codes never expire!

Yes, you can refer up to 10 people.

To apply your Refer a Friend code to your order on teazoe.com, at checkout look for the field labeled “Discount code or gift card”. Enter your Refer a Friend code into the field, and click the “apply” button.

If you’re a new customer being referred, you can use your Refer a Friend code immediately to receive a discount off your first order. If you are referring a friend, you must wait until the person you are referring makes their first purchase. There is a 2-day wait period before your Refer A Friend code is issued via email.

No, Refer A Friend codes are not stackable with other  Refer A Friend code. Only one code can be used per order.

Refer A Friend codes are not combinable with Teazoe discount codes. If you attempt to add more than one code, the highest value code will be applied.

Refer A Friend codes are not applicable to Gift Bundles, Teazoe E-Gift Cards/Gift Certificates, taxes and shipping costs.

Double-check your code and make sure no other discount codes are applied to your order. 

Your friend will receive their code within 24 hours of your referral if you choose the email option. If you send them a link, they will receive their code as soon as they sign up with their email.

Once your FRIEND places their first order with your referral code, you will receive your reward code within 2 days.
